Towne Realty began building in Hawaii in the mid-1970's, under Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc. (Towne Hawaii), and developed projects primarily for the federal government. The first, second, third, fourth, and fifth sales releases were by way of a lottery. The sixth sales release is also by way of lottery. See above information.

The prices of the homes will be in line with the current market conditions at the time the first homes are released for sale.

The average homesite size is 7,821 sq. ft.
How many floor plans are anticipated?
There will be 6 different floor plans that consist of a mix of three and four bedroom one- and two-story floor plans.
