Anuhea at Kehalani will have a total of 164 single-family residences.
What is the anticipated timeframe for the sales release?
The sales release for the first homes in Anuhea at Kehalani is on October 17, 2020 by appointment only, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The first sales release will be by way of a lottery. The lottery application, lottery instructions and price information will be available on October 19, 2020. These documents will also be available for pick up in the flyer box located in front of the Ilima at Kehalani Sales Center located at 107 Pua'ehu Street, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793. The lottery will be held on November 9, 2020 and will be a closed event.
What will the pricing be for the homes?
The prices of the homes will be in line with the current market conditions at the time the first homes are released for sale.
What is the average lot size?
The average homesite size is 7,821 sq. ft.
How many floor plans are anticipated?
The first 57 homes, located at the Southern end of the parcel, will consist of four, one-story and two-story floor plans with three bedrooms. The floor plans for the remaining 107 homes will be a mix of three and four bedroom one- and two-story floor plans.
What are the interior square footages?
The interior square feet of the first 57 homes range from approximately 1,529 to 1,998 sq. ft.
Will there be a four bedroom single level floor plan?
One of the single-level floor plans will have 4 bedrooms, but this floor plan will not be offered in the first 57 homes.
What are some unique design features that we can expect?
One of our floor plans features multi-generational living with a master suite on the first and second floors of the home. This floor plan will not be offered in the first 57 home release and is currently being evaluated for future releases.
How many one-story homes and two-story homes are planned?
The first 57 homes will include 33 single-story homes and 24 two-story homes. The remaining 107 home mix is still in planning.

Many of our standard features are considered upgrades with our competition such as our countertops and flooring products. In addition, we obtain third party structural inspections during construction and offer a PWC 10-year limited warranty program for our homeowners for the first ten years of living in their home.
